DevContainers have solved this problem for me. If I want to update my site from a different machine, I just need to git clone and open the folder in vscode.

Hey HN! Some of my favorite stories posted on here are about the process of figuring something out more than the end result. I thought that all the pain I went through to fix my project could at least make for an entertaining story I can share as well. Hope you like it!

- Coding Blocks is probably the podcast that was most influential in my career https://www.codingblocks.net/

- Coder radio for fun and rants https://coder.show/

- Grumpy old geeks for fun and more rants https://www.gog.show/

- The Program was launched here on HN and it's some of the best sci-fi you can listen to https://programaudioseries.com/

I've been using simple mail forwarder (https://github.com/huan/docker-simple-mail-forwarder) for a while now to catch-all and forward any email to my domain to my personal email on protonmail. Advantages are that I can move to another email provider without much hassle, and that I can have a different email address for any service I sign up for. The main disadvantage is that I can't make it look like I am replying from the same address. I wonder if it's something that's doable?

AnonAddy can do this and it has a nice web GUI. It also allows you to individually block any of the email addresses from forwarding to your inbox, which helps make spam control much easier.

The irony of course is that you're listing three different systems to solve the same problem :)
