Be topical so sharing is more likely.

Satire gets old really fast. Be funny and not snarky.

Do something other than write satire on a consistent basis like having a fake Q&A with a fictional character.

Reading hacker news instead of actually doing something

Please please change the type. Otherwise, looks interesting.

Ah, yeah. Changed, should be clearer.

It would be cool if the games built upon each either. That would be pretty neat and add a little more complexity while still being fun.

Hey Mike,

I had signed up for the Venture Labs course earlier this year and found it very interesting. Unfortunately, due to time commitments and various other issues I did not follow through with keeping up with the course.

Could you give me some pro cons of the Venture Labs course itself? How has your experience been so far? Keep being awesome.

Thanks for the question. The ride has been particularly fun so far and I don't think a short answer will justify the experience. I've started a blog post that I'll put up later this week and cross-post here. If you want to reach out via email, I can drop you a line when it's up. (Or you can subscribe to blog in my profile.)

Cheers!

Quora is definitely useful if you want well thought out responses and actual discussion.

Quora has some nice stuff, but it's less of a site that deals with news. I also have no doubt that the quality of the site would go down if their traffic exploded by an order of magnitude... which is clearly the case at HN in the last few years.

No one's to blame of course, content quality (where quality is a measure of honest reporting) and market forces seem to work in opposing directions.

Worrydream.com has a few great examples of displaying complex information intuitively.

Any plans for an intern tab? That would be pretty useful :)

I really enjoyed memrise when I used it but I wish it had a couple more features for languages, like sentence building with the words youve learned. Also, I would've used it everyday if there was a mobile app. Its been awhile since i have played with it though. Overall, a great tool and I've recommended it to fair number of people :)

Thanks for the positivity. We have an iPhone app coming out in the next 10 days. Definitely let us know what you think of it if you try it.

Sentence building is definitely on our radar, but it's a rich and thorny domain, and we want to take our time coming up with something good.

P.S. Android is going to take a little longer.

I would love to learn more about options and what they are used for.

Also, the most important things to know about technical analysis would be pretty useful too.

Thanks for the feedback - I'll try to incorporate something along those lines and let you know when it's finished, perhaps you can let me know if you like it.
