Anecdotes are anecdotes, IPv6 from Mac to Google has been stable for months here :-/

Apple's happy eyeballs are specifically designed to counteract the present but terrible IPv6 problem. It's difficult to tell if yours is IPv6 or just apples notoriously unreliable wifi.
