Is this going to make a LOT of people rich on cottage rents? Pull in a trailer, hook it up, make $1000 / mo? I'm guessing the contractors in Portland, Bend, Eugene are getting calls now.
That's not how ADU legislation has worked out here in California. There are significant restrictions on the ADU that prohibit just "pulling in a trailer", and I imagine the Oregon legislation looks similar.
