You mean the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)? That partnership was not to the benefit of China. It did not include China.

Ah, that is correct. It's possible that, since China and Vietnam have a free trade agreement, that there would be some misuse (

Perhaps a better phrasing is 'pro-the-Chinese-people'. Or maybe just 'not racist'.
