I find it unlikely that even the homebrew community will be able to install Mac OS 11 on any non-apple hardware without emulation for a good long while because Apple is likely going to lock down their software to only run on their hardware, much like how iOS can't be run on an Android device without an emulator.


I agree. I think the T2 (T3?) chip is going to end up being embedded in the Apple Silicon SoC.


Definitely, they will consolidate their T2 functionality and also functionality traditionally left to the chipset into one SoC.
