What amazes me most is that tech-savvy people still use Google Chrome, which is basically spyware. That pay is abhorrent for a company that failed to communicate the mission, even though the browser is better than ever.

It is a very similar problem, indeed. But switching OS requires a lot of energy, that is not required to change your browser.
