Not as a service - an IDE that builds my application and I deploy it as I see fit. Something that lets me drop down to code when I need it, but doesn't require me to do it for every other normal thing.

Personally I am a big fan of anvil.works, although they deploy your application for you. I think self hosting has become an option recently, though.
