1. did you read TFA? The whole point is that new tools lead to new kinds of bugs, and thinking about how you use your tools could be valuable.
2. there's no "use my tool" in this particular post, it's simply an observation. And if there was, it wouldn't be "you will have bug free code" but rather "you'll have a place to triage/fix your bugs"

There's a big "Try it!" for their error tracking software in the banner that follows you down the post. I don't think it makes the post "garbage", but it does almost definitely have marketing/SEO intent behind it opposed to being an impartial observation.
