Is there something up with your browser’s image rendering? I’m seeing headings, emboldened text, coloured inline links and a whole bunch of graphs and data tables. A little more vertical padding would help but apart from that it seems to me there’s plenty of formatting.

Jup, shame really. Just a little bit of better formatting and typesetting could really go a long way there. :)
