The problem is there are already alot of rules setup to help the little guy from getting taken advantage of. goverenment required return policies. multiple states require you to register your business opportunity. rules aaginst front end loading. When Amway got sued the industry cleaned up it's act alot. Also, alot of ditributors are people that buy the product at "wholesale" or a more reasonable price.
