We have rights against unreasonable searches, not undesirable searches.


Who defines reasonable? My guess is that it'll be the ones with the power and it'll suit their needs over anyone elses.


Same kinds of people as the ones the Constitution referred to when it was written?


Our rights are not enumerated.


I'm talking about the ones enumerated in the Constitution, which are incidentally also the ones used to declare something unconstitutional.
