We have rights against *unreasonable* searches, not *undesirable* searches.

Who defines reasonable? My guess is that it'll be the ones with the power and it'll suit their needs over anyone elses.

I'm talking about the ones enumerated in the Constitution, which are incidentally also the ones used to declare something unconstitutional.
